End-of-year activities, Adv. Lang. Arts DVRA, STAR testing.
I collected the Reading Logs and the Six Word Memoirs on Monday.

Tuesday
Students finished typing up their summaries, focusing on the key terms on the handout (setting, characters, etc.).
Handout: Original Modern Day Cinder Tale
In pairs, students began work on their own Cinder Tale.
Homework:
Study for tomorrow's Week 1 and Week 4 Vocab Quiz.
We'll have time in class tommorrow to work on the original tale (on paper - we won't have the netbooks). They are due Thursday.


Monday
We continued our research on the Cinder Tales and began typing up our summaries, focusing on the key terms on the handout (setting, characters, etc.).

Review Week 1 and 4 words and definitions - quiz on Wednesday.
